STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
With Coach Milli
The Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Program with Coach Milli is a 6-week program. You can sign up for as many sessions as you like. We offer both individual booking and a 6-week package plan with the following dates: 12/9/23, 12/16/23, 12/30/23, 1/6/24, 1/13/24, and 1/20/24.
Each session covers a well-rounded routine, beginning with comprehensive stretching, followed by a series of strength and conditioning exercises, and concluding with an engaging core workout.
*Designed for Advanced Middle School & Up.

These sessions are advanced and are primarily for Middles School athletes and up.
IS THIS ONLY FOR BASKETBALL ATHLETES?
This program is not sport specific.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Plenty of water and comfortable clothing and shoes.
DO YOU OFFER A BUNDLE/PACKAGE?
Yes, we do offer a package of 6 sessions for $60.00. You can purchase the package plan when you schedule your session.
