LIL HOOPERS

Beginner level for ages 6-8 years old.

Basketball training is a great way for young athletes to stay fit, get active and have fun.  

  • Shooting Form

  • Shooting Footwork

  • Basic footwork, layups and pivots

  • Dribbling

  • 9ft goal; occasionally 10ft.

INTERMEDIATE PREP

Beginner level for ages 9-13 years old.

Designed for athletes who are either new to basketball or already acquainted with the sport, aiming to strengthen their grasp on the fundamental basics of the game.

  • Shooting Form & Footwork

  • Basic footwork, layups and pivots

  • Dribbling & Passing

  • Defensive/Offensive work

  • 10ft goal

$20.00/ 1 Hour Session

My child is in middle school, has never played on an organized basketball team, and needs skills training to be able to tryout for the school basketball team. What session do I book for my child? 

Your athlete would book our "Intermediate Prep"session. 

My child is in middle school, has never played basketball and is really interested in learning the game to prepare for middle school basketball. What session do I book for my child?

Your athlete is welcomed to attend the "Intermediate Prep" session. This session is a beginner class for 9 -14 years old. 

My child is in middle school and plays for an AAU/Select basketball team. What session do I book? 

Your athlete would book an "Intermediate" session.
