Advanced training is structured to lead to a smooth transition from one state of development to another, while increasing difficulty and complexity for the athlete. Training will incorporate increased range of shooting, finishing at the rim, hesitation moves, first step quickness, playing through contact and more. Sessions are high paced and intended to mirror the physicality and speed of the game at higher levels. While focusing on the same aspects of the game, we will add the challenges of making multiple reads at the same time, secondary/tertiary offensive options, defensive anticipation/rotations, as well as multiple game management situations.
